The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel | Review

After I heard people had gotten great results, I was curious to test out The Body Shop's fast-acting facial peel - Drops of Youth Liquid Peel.  I hadn't tried a liquid peel before, so after incorporating it into my skincare routine for a few weeks, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome.

ABOUT DROPS OF YOUTH LIQUID PEEL

The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel works as a super efficient exfoliating peel for your face. It gently peels off impurities from your skin, lifting dead skin cells and residuals - all in under one minute. The formula is gel-to-peel and infused with three plants stem cells, that leaves the skin feeling squeaky clean and purified after a days pollutants. With continued use, the skin will become smoother, clearer, and more radiant.

The Youth Liquid Peel works best when it's used after your regular cleaner, and applied on clean, dry skin about 1-2 times a week. You need about 2 pumps and about 20 seconds of massaging onto the face until clumps of exfoliating residue form. After this, you can use a flannel or cotton pads to rinse and remove the residue.

MY THOUGHTS

I have been using The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel about 1-2 times a week (as recommended) and I've definitely started to notice a difference. The overall texture of my skin seems to continuously improve with each use and my face appears to 'glow' a lot more than before, and no longer looks dull or tired. The peel has a surprisingly effective and gentle exfoliating ability that isn't too harsh on the skin, and throughly removes all the dead skin cells and impurities. Just after the first use, my skin felt as if it had been deeply cleansed - leaving it soft, smooth and glowing.

Overall, if you're looking a gentle and quick facial peel that gives a deep level of exfoliation and cleansing, then The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel is definitely worth a try. I'd recommend this for any skin type, unless you have very sensitive skin as it has a high alcohol content and added fragrances.

Have you tried any of The Body Shop Liquid Peels?
