Charlotte Tilbury's Eye to Mesmerise in the shade 'Jean' is a highly pigmented, creamy and shimmery eyeshadow. I find this such a pretty way to add a pop of shimmer to any eyeshadow look and would look amazing for NYE! It glides on easy, has a highly pigmented mousy texture and is long lasting.
